    I'm on day 13 of the Ab Challenge and I have lost 3 lbs within those 10-13 days ( of course with healthy eating and other exercise) and I have made a small progress in those 10 days, I know I am behind and started days after most of yall BUT keep going. It's starting to get crazy but I am sticking to it until I am done with the full 30 day progress!
