Here I am, ready to go.
My name is Jen and I am 30 something (thats what you say when on the other side of half way) I am blessed with two beautiful children and a loving and supportive husband - so I ask myself - why did I get here?!?!
Well, it has taken all my adult life and only something I have got right in the past couple of years to learn how to eat to maintain my weight. Yes it went up and down, but overall I stayed around the same size - heavy! However, for me, that was a big achievement in itself.
So now I need to take what I have learnt and make the adjustments needed so I can 'loose' weight. I don't want to self sabotage myself along the way like can be the norm.
To get this right, I want to learn how to use MFP for all it can offer - and so I am asking for help on how to load a recipes. Any advice would be helpful
Oh yeah, do you want a Friend? - add me and I will do the same
Good luck !

Under the food tab there is a tab that says recipes. Click there and then click add recipe. Its pretty easy after that, you just add each ingredient. I have just about everything I cook in there.0

Thanks for that, I will have to spend the time to get it all loaded, sounds like it eventually becomes a simple task.
