Hello
I have been on MFP for four days now, so am still getting used to it. I have got a lot of weight to lose so I will be doing this for the long haul. I am female, just getting used to being 60 years old and have had weight problems for ever.
I would love to hear from others of a similar age for support and to receive support. I would also like to hear how others cope with their plans to lose weight.

hey ,
im 26 female, from middle east. height : 5'2 weight: 119 lbs /54 kgs
target goal : 99lbs /45 kgs
in 3 months or less .. . plus to loose 5 inches on the waist.. donno how long this will take. . but keeping my fingers crossed .. i need to get moving ...
looking for a motivating partnerof the same age group...
if someone similar wants to join me and keep regular check on each others tracks . . more than welcome..
