NROL for Women.... HELP!!!!

I don't know why, but for some reason I am confused about the workout plan. I am starting Stage 1. Can someone explain to me about what I am suppose to do? (I understand if its B1 & B2, for example, I am suppose to alternate, if the letter is stand alone, I do it straight in a row, right? lol)

For example, 1st workout is SQUATS, it says
Squats:
Sets
Reps
Workouts 1,2
2
15
Workouts 3,4
Workouts 5,6
Workouts 7,8

Am I supposed to do it 4x? Or 8 Workouts? UGHHHH Please help......

    I didn't get it at first either, browsed the groups until I found out.

    But why does it have 4 sets for each workout? Am I suppose to do it all? Plus workout 1,2 workout 3,4 etc is confusing me lol
