Alloted calories...

Shoud I eat them all? Should I eat the ones earned from exercise? Or should I try to be under my allowance? Thanks, Anna.

    On days that I am not working out.. like today... I try to stay just slightly under my allowance. On days I do exercise I eat half of those calories I have earned. If your allowance is at 1200 I would try to eat at least 1200 as you should not go below that. I am on 1500 a day.

    Eat the required minimum and if you exercise, eat if you are hungry

    on the days you dont exercise i would stick to your. cals on the days you do exercise.you can eat a littel more .but if your not exerciseing everyday than you should stick close to your cals your body wont be burning cals fast enough
