Any one doing the Supreme 90 day?

I am currently on day four, I was wondering if any one else was doing the program.

    My start weight is 165 lbs
    Waist 30.20 inch
    Hips 39.35 inch
    Arms 12.05 inch
    Thighs 23.30 inch
    Lower stomach 35 inch

    If any one is interested in doing this along with me lets check in once a week?

    I forgot to menchon I'm also still doing a cardio on the weight lifting days after I do the weights.

    I just finished day 13 of Supreme 90 today. It is tough, but I already feel like I am seeing results! I would love to check in weekly for accountability!

    I was supposed to do the legs workout yesterday but my daughters (17 and 10) got in a car accident and threw my schedule off. Thankfully they were not injured (my car is a different story).

    Back on track with the Legs workout today. When I did it last week I only did one set, thinking I would ease into it ( I like being able to walk up and down the stairs and sit down without my quads and hamstrings screaming, been there done that). I did both sets this week and it as TOUGH! I really liked it. Having gone through P90X a few times, I am liking the Supreme 90 leg workout a lot more. This evening I knew I had worked hard and lifted heavy because even my arms were sore after a LEG workout.

    Tomorrow? Chest and Back.

    Hope you ladies are doing well and I look forward to hearing from you.

    So here is my first check in not so good on the numbers but I think part of the gain was muscle.

    current weight 166.7 lbs
    Neck 13.1 on 04/08/13
    Waist 32 on 04/15/13
    Hips 39.35 on 04/15/13
    arms 12.2 on 04/15/13
    thighs 23.25 on 04/15/13
    lower stomach 35.30 on 04/08/13

    When I measure my arm it is flexed so that going up is a good thing I think.

    I'm glad I found this thread. Due to life situations, I haven't been able to do it everyday, but I am attempting to. I love the way it makes me feel.
  • I am currently doing the program and just finished day ten I also skipped the first rest day cause I was too pumped up to rest I don't know about all of you but this program gives me tons of energy Id also be interested to see your guys results as I would like to share mine as well

    I am just checking to see if anyone here is still doing this workout. I'm on day 20, I don't have the dread factor like so many programs.

    I love Supreme 90 program!! I have completed it before and doing it again. Awesome program with awesome result.

    I'm waiting to start next year. Hopefully I will have dropped a lot more weight by then. I wish more companies would come out with cost effective 60 / 90 day systems with eight to 10 discs for $50 or less.
