Anyone tried this diet before?

They claim It is safe while you are breastfeeding and I want to try it out after I give birth.

Never heard of it. I'd say ask your doctor. Like so many things its individual. Your doctor should know you and your needs. I'm sure you will not do anything dangerous. Just saying.

Never heard of this. No need for specific diets, good ol' calorie deficit and exercise works wonders. 52lbs lost so far, my original goal
was 40lbs which would take me to pre pregnancy weight and never though I'd get here but MFP has been amazing. Good luck!

Eat less, move more works pretty well too.

Never heard of it. I'm following the "eat at a slight calorie deficit and exercise more" diet and I've lost 70 lbs since giving birth (not including the 20 lbs I lost right away). Seems to be working. No need for fancy diets.

ETA: My baby just turned 1 on wednesday.

This. I don't see the need to try anything else.

I waited to "diet" until my baby was weaned. After having two kids, my body has proven it doesn't want to lose weight while breastfeeding. I did however do a lot of cardio exercise, I don't know if being physically strong helped me lose weight quickly when I started the caloric count but it sure didn't hurt.
