Twitter Motivates!!!

Hi everyone!

I've found that following fitness accounts on Twitter has been extremely motivating. They provide a constant stream of tips, before and after pictures, exercises, etc. I was inspired to make my own account, @Health_Changes to chronicle my struggle to get healthy.

If you never use Twitter or don't have an account, I strongly suggest using it, if for nothing else than to follow fitness and health accounts. Hope to see you on there!

(Follow me @Health_Changes if you're so inclined!)

I belonged to a Twitter feed a couple of years ago after reading a column by a New York Times reporter who was posting his weight losses and gains for accountability. Eventually, most people stopped posting. I had my usual problem: I was trying to lose some vanity pounds while everyone else seemed to be overweight or obese.

Most of these fitness accounts are not about accountability, just providing useful information or motivation. I think it's just a great way for people to relate to each other and be inspired!
