Question about Insanity.

I used to do Insanity. About 2 months ago, actually. My cousin and I were doing it together. We stopped, however, because I moved.
I just recently moved back, but now I work night shift.
My cousin is wanting to start Insanity again with me, but there's no way of me doing that unless I do it when I get off of work in the mornings..
So my question.
Is it okay to do Insanity before bed, or is that a bad idea?
I'm asking because I heard it's good to eat exercise calories back, but if I do it before bed, there's no way in hell I'm going to have the energy to stay awake and eat something when I'm done.

The only reason I would suggest not doing it before bed is if you have trouble sleeping after a workout. I feel that I get more energized, so it might take me a while to fall asleep.
If you are concerned about exercise calories, maybe you can eat a bit more during the day?0 -
I think my issue would be the energy boost I get a few hours after I workout. I wouldn't be able to sleep. But for you, plan a simple post workout snack. Smoothie, whichever and have it ready before you workout. Then its there when you're done. Should be ok until you wake up!0
