I'm new at this so I'm a little confused. I did a youtube video of an upperbody workout with handweights/dumbbells-how would I record this? It looks like everything is completely broken down on the MFP choices....TIA ( I apologize if this is in the wrong place!!)

I would go to a website where you can enter in your workout and weight and whatnot and it tells you how many calories you burned. Then go to MFP and select the closest exercise to what you're doing and just get as close as you can to the calories without going over your minutes. That's what I do for my youtube video workouts.0

If you are wanting to keep track of calories burned then you enter it as circuit training under cardio. The strength training log is only to keep track of what you did not how many calories you burned.0
