new exercise plan

I have decided to walk 30 minutes a day, but in 3 10 minute bursts. I can walk faster and I can complete 10 minutes without having to crawl to a chair afterward. I plan to try this for about a month to see what my results are like. As I build stamina, which I have none of right now, I will lengthen the time to 15-20 minutes. Probably won't exceed 3 20 minute bursts.
Has anyone else done this? If yes, did it work for you?

i think you'd do better to do one 30 minute burst than 3 ten minute bursts. at 10 minutes you haven't even activated your body's energy systems yet. you're basically using the energy reserve your body keeps on tap for daily tasks like working in an office or catching a bus or ironing.0
