Hello there
i am pretty much finished and happy with my weight. NO im not goin
to make the mistake of going straight back to my old eating habits but i was wondering exactly how
i should up my calorie intake...my maintenance is around 1600 - 1800 (im short lol) and right now im eating around
1200. would it be bad to just suddenly increase my calories or should i add a lil each week?
ALSO i am aware that when one loses weight and goes on a calorie deficit, often times their metabolism is slowed too..
is there any way to increase my metabolism?
THANKS

Congrats on reaching your goal! I have also recently reached my weight loss goal and am entering into maintenance. I've been slowly adding calories until I reach where I need to be. I added 100 calories this week and I'm gonna stay at this calorie intake for two weeks and then I plan on adding another 100. I think its best to take it slow to let your body adjust to the increase in calorie consumption.0
