30 day shred

Hi,
Today is my last day of 30 day shred and my finishing pictures look no different to my start pictures and my measurements have stayed exactly the same.
i feel a bit stronger but that's about it. I have lost 2.5lbs in the month of doing it and have eaten well over the course too. Just wondered if anybody else hasn't seen results from doing this dvd?
I had no rest days, had 2 cheat days food wise and I didn't stick to modified exercises i did half modified and half advanced really so i can't even blame that.
Is it just a case of everyone is different and i was unlucky do you think? :-(

Hi, I'm currently in day 22 of level 3! I'm actually facing the same issue as you - my weight hasn't changed one bit. The only difference is that I feel stronger but I still look the same...
Personally, I'm trying to pep myself up that change doesn't happen in 30 days... Getting healthier is a long term investment!0 -
JIlian in interviews from what I've read, never expected people to just do 30DS and if you aren't active during the day, it might not be enough. I wasn't losing just doing Shred but when I combined it with other short DVD's or took a walk and kept calories under 1300 (for me) I lost weight.
Someone on this site read she said to do cardio during the week at least one day and rest another.
A lot of people lose inches, sometimes that's nicer, but no DVD is a magic bullet.
I actually found her Biggest Loser Last Chance workout a bigger punch for me, it's 25 minutes with add on lower/upper body and uses the same interval/cardio. Many exercises are the same, some harder, some easier, but I lost 2 pounds the week I started that and did 30 DS other days. It has "real people" not fitness experts, but I like that as a change.0
