Another NSV for me..

...I haven't had very many scale victories (I seem to be stuck around the same 3-4lbs, but still seeing other progress.)

Yesterday I went shopping for some new workout shorts...I fit a medium at one store.
Today I went garage saleing with my sister, and was fitting into mediums, and then.. lord have mercy...



...I fit into a small top.
I won't lie, I cried. My sister had no idea what was wrong with me, but I put it on and when it fit comfortably I started to cry. Then later this afternoon I started to cry about it again. I havn't been a small since I was a freshmen in high school - 13 years ago.

So I'm going to go hop into my medium workout pants, and work out extra hard and be proud of myself!

    I love this! :) so worth to stick to it for moments like this - congratulations on your achievement! It's quite a thing to say "I weigh the same as 13 years ago" - I'm working towards the same goal, 18lbs left for me... :) keep up the good work!
