Fun sized

I got called fun-sized last night. I am 5'4'' in my shoes. Is that really "fun-sized?"

    That's about my sister's height, and she is called short a lot.

    But everyone is short to me. :(

    No such thing as a short woman, just heels that are not high enough.

    I think it's funny when people say this because the average height for an American woman is 5'5". I'm also 5'4". So...we are not that far off the mark.

    I am 5'5" and get called short all of the time. I keep having to remind people that I am average height. lol

    It's a compliment. I'm 5'8" and in heels I've been called an Amazon. Nothing wrong with fun size.

    I'm 5'1". I would love to be 5'4"! It's amazing how weight distribution changes when you add a few inches ;)

    I'd rather be called fun-sized than "BBW", that's for damn sure :tongue:

    Still though, I'd say you're tall enough to be average; I wouldn't call anyone fun-sized unless they were 5'2 or shorter lol.

    Fun sized is another word for petite. Usually that means either 5'4" and under or 5'3" and under. I'm 5'2". I am petite or fun sized.

    it depends on what you're willing to do to earn that moniker...

    ...and by that i mean are you willing to throw fun parties, go fun places, do fun things, etc. :tongue:

    Well Your only an inch shorter than the average American woman in heels,so I would say no, I'm funsized at 4ft 10, though in fact one of my nicknames in school was china doll and dynamite , lol I make my 5ft 11 husband look very tall next to me.

    Im sure you are fun though but not because of your size , was the person who said it really tall? may be that's why regardless its a compliment:) its better than some other things us petite individuals get called .

    Yeah, I'm 5'2", so while most people consider me short. You could say that I am tall among the shorties. But, I definitely need to shop petite, and the small sizes I wear are usually only available in petites. They don't just make the clothes shorter, they scale them down (often not enough, though).
