Im 24 and struggling to lose this baby weight. Im normally 120 lbs and I am now 150. I def need some support!! I am a Marine wife, so I am technically a single parent. We just moved to a new place and I dont really have anyone to lean on. I am doing a hybrid workout and it seems to be working well for me. I like this site, I just feel like it gives me too much credit sometimes. DOes anyone else feel like they dont burn all of the calories this site tells them they do? lol..maybe im just not used to great progress! Im normally a great motivator for others too =)

    I always felt that the machines and sites overestimate how many calories I actually burn. I'd get done with a workout and look down and see 500 calories on the elliptical, but I'd hardly be sweating. So, what did I do? I purchased a gowear fit armband (makers of bodybugg) and that gives me a really good pictures of what I burn. Since the nutrition database here is the best I've ever used, I continue to track my food on here and then I just add one line item to the other website with total calories per day.
