Hey,I'm a new learner for boxing.I learnt through youtube videos and etc.If you dont mind to see on my video and please do correct my mistakes in there if you guys free.Btw,Im not here to promote my video .I just want to know the correct way of boxing techniques I lost 4 to 5 pounds in a month of punching that punching bag lol.Thanks
