Isolate has the largest amount of proteine. I would say isolate, but someone with greater knowledge might correct me.

Buy whatever is cheaper or taste better. The concentrate is gonna be cheaper.
The whole "Isolate" protein digest/absorbs into the muscle is a bunch of bro-science. There are some company-sponsored studies to show the benefits of isolate protein but, they are just using the poorly designed studies to suit their marketing scheme to sell the product.

Also, protein is not going to give you some kind of extra "endurance".
Also, please don't use the word "toning". If you want your muscle to look more defined, say: "I want to lose fat".

I have tried several different types of each and I prefer isolate. Specifically I like the isolate that is sold at Costco. I forget the specific brand but it's like a 4 pound container for around $45 or $50. The biggest advantage this isolate provides is that doesn't make me as gassy as some other whey proteins can. Concentrates are really tough on my system. The isolates don't produce the same problem. Physical results were the same for both. They both helped build muscle but I don't think it necessarily helped my stamina. I think my stamina improved with interval training.

The isolates have less fillers and BS in them. (Bull$hit, not bro science) I wouldn't put that cheap concentrate in my body.

Protein is protein. It's true that isolates have a higher concentration of protein per weight and generally less fat and calories as well so it is 'better' in that way. Still the older concentrates did fine for plenty of bodybuilders in the past. If you're not looking to tune your macros down to the last gram, the cheaper stuff is fine.
