I've tried other weight management websites, but I'm ready to start fresh with myfitnesspal.com. After coming clean to my husband about my daily cravings for fast food and desserts, the next step has got to be a food diary. I love food and have struggled with snacking and constant baking forever. I'm ready for a change. I'm too young to have cholesterol this high. I'm hopeful to find support and help here :) Thanks!

    Welcome, I'm new as of 8/22 as well and so glad to hear you're taking control of your life and health! Snacking and dessert type foods are my weakness as well. It turns out, that a lot of the foods I enjoy have a lot of sugar in them - this site has really shown me how I need to cut those down in such a short time! Stick with it and good luck - YOU CAN DO THIS!!
