What units are being used for counting calcium?

It's not really "units," just the standard %RDA for calcium for adults. Food is labeled with the %RDA of the nutrient. For example, a cup of almond milk has 45% RDA for calcium. MFP just adds up at the %'s. The goal is set to get to 100%. Each nutrient that MFP tracks, like calcium, iron, etc. all have different RDA's, but the goal is to get each RDA to 100%.
ETA: I think it's something like 1,000 mg for adults aged 18-50. So, I would "assume" that means that the cup of almond milk has 450 mg of calcium...0
