My name is Lori and I will be 38 in August. August 7th will mark the 1 yr anniversary from when I had lap band surgery. I started out at 304.5 lbs on that day. I am currently at 220 lbs. It has been an amazing life changing event for me. I haven't really used any online tools up to this point to help document what I am doing. I have used Facebook to communicate with others and exchange ideas a bit, but I really need one place to go for tracking, recipes, ideas, accountability, and support. I really hope I am able to find that here! :flowerforyou:

    Welcome, I had lap band surgery Nov 21,2012 and at this point I am down 85 pounds, Best thing I ever did for myself.
