Lost about 15, but tiring of it....

I'm having serious issues staying on track this week. I was doing very well, but it seems i'm 1) stuck at 160 and 2) sick and drained.

I thought I would post a few pics to give you an idea of how I looked before and now, and maybe you can give me ideas to get rid of unwanted weight and shape up. I have a wedding to attend in mid august, and I'd love to be (at least) a size smaller than I am now. For looks and health reasons, I just can't remain this large.

I'm currently Approx 36(rib cage is 31)/31.5/41 tend to be a size 10/12 or 13/15 in juniors, M/L top depending on brand.
I know that isn't super huge compared to some, and might even be a goal for others, but I feel like I'm swimming in my own skin. ( I used to be 31/26/31, maybe slightly smaller).

I started cycling with one of those fold-up mini bikes two weeks ago and lost an inch on both thighs, so at least that's happening. Not sure how fast it should come off...so nothing to base it on. I was 100 pounds even until I was about 22/23, then shot to 120 for a few months, then shot to 160. In the winter I caught myself at 174 and nearly died of self loathing. I'm 5'3.

I've lost about 15 so far...can you even tell? I'm just feeling so bleh about myself at the moment. Hope I do the image coding right.

My wedding. I wanted to cry when I saw these.

First off, you look fantastic! I was shocked and re-read it just to make sure you really meant ONLY FIFTEEN LBS because it looks like a lot more than that. You could have said you lost 30 and I'd have believed it.

I'm also 5'3, so I understand that even a little bit of extra weight looks worse on us shorties than a taller person.

I hate to beat a dead horse, but are you doing any heavy lifting? When I hit a weight plateau (trying to lose the baby weight), I felt like it didn't matter how much cardio I did, I was just "stuck". For months. Super discouraging. Then I threw some dumb bells and a medicine ball in the mix and started losing again, and now heavy weight lifting is part of my routine (I worked my way up slowly).

about two times a week, maybe three, I do squats and arm exercises on the total gym.

It really does look more like you lost 30 pounds. I lost about 50 and it looks like 25. So, I guess you have restored balance to the universe.

    lol.
I think what made me look much bigger is my face. I take a lot of steroids and tend to get a moon face.
