Does anyone know how many calories you burn doing hip hop abs? Thanks

    Which DVD? You probably want to get a heart rate monitor if you want to get an accurate calorie burn. I got one just for things like Hip Hop abs, Turbofire, Jillian Michaels, and so on since they aren't really posted online and it's different for everyone depending on your weight, fitness level, etc. I'm 5'4 and in the low to mid 140's depending on the day. If you are around that, let me know and I could post a calorie burn.

    Yeah I did the Cardio Groove which is 30 minutes the other day and had burned 258 calories if you wanna use that as an estimate....
