Next Steps

Hello everyone. It appears I am somewhat in the minority here as a "male" member of the species. I joined here as the next step in my fitness goals. I have started 2 years ago before my 40th birthday to really get back into shape. It is the same old story... 2 kids, house, job, never find time, yadda, yadda, bam... 6'4", 210 lbs. and shaped like a pear. Blah.
I have gotten pretty far with just regular exercise. I have got my "V" shape back mostly, and I am back into a 32" pant, but I can't seem to get that last bit of a spare tire from around my waste. They say "abs are made in the kitchen." So, I need to really dial in on my food intake (I hate the word diet) and everyone says that this is a great sight. I have the mobile app on my Droid, so no excuses!
