18t birthday and a 'cheat day' help! CHIQUITO'S RESTAURANT

It's my birthday soon and I know it will be a day which will involve a lot of food.
I'm having a BBQ in the day with a lot of my friends so I know I can be sensible during that, track what I'm eating etc and make the right choices. Just as long as everyone else is enjoying themselves too!
But in the evening, I'm going for a meal at the UK Mexican chain, Chiquito's and there's no nutritional information for them. I really like the sound of a Philly Steak Wrap with fries which I know will be a calorific nightmare. I am prepared to sacrafice this for something else in case it really is too bad! Since it's my birthday, of course I want a dessert and the 'Golden Nugget Cheesecake' sounds amazing but not all that healthy! Oh and there may be a cocktail involved too.
Firstly, how bad do you think this day will be? Does anyone know any nutritional info on Chiquito's?
Is it ok to have a cheat day, really don't want to undo all my hard work. Lost 21lbs so far!

You won't undo all your hard work in one day and it is your 18th birthday! Enjoy yourself, don't go crazy but don't stress yourself over every little bite. Enjoy your day!0

Hey, don't stress!
It's your birthday, you should enjoy it! And let's face it, one day of eating what you fancy is not going to ruin all the hard work you've put in. Well done for getting this far.
Relax and have fun on your birthday, then just get back on the wagon the next day. You can always do a bit more exercise the following week to make up for it a bit if you're really worried.
Happy birthday. xx0 -
Eat, enjoy, work out.0

One day will not make or break your journey. Don't stress about it. It's your birthday, have fun and enjoy.
And remember, each day is it's own. Don't freak because of this one day and then starve yourself the rest of the week. That is not constructive nor healthy.0 -
It's all the days in between that got you where you are, not cheat meals
Shave off 100 calories a day for the next week or so if it makes you feel better, but don't sweat it! Enjoy yourself and get right back on track the next day.

Enjoy yourself, just don't go crazy with it. Watch all the sodium, it will get you.Try to go light the day before of your outing, it helps me some. My birthday is tomorrow, I went out yesterday, had broiled cod fish, fries, boneless wings, and a piece of cake. I actually gained 1 pound, but I know a lot of it is sodium, fingers are puffy. I'm going to push water today, and move on with my journey..Happy Bday....0

Nutritional Content
While the amount of calories in some of the dishes at Chiquito restaurants does not seem alarming, the company does not reveal an in-depth analysis nor do they share the caloric content of every dish on their menu. Since they only share the calories in select dishes on the website, this leaves the consumer unaware of the fat, carbohydrate, protein, sodium and cholesterol content of every meal. These characteristics are important for those who are trying to maintain a healthy diet, which includes about 25 percent of calories from fat, 55 percent of calories from carbohydrates and 20 percent of calories from protein. In addition, an individual should maintain an intake of as little sodium and cholesterol as possible, according to the American Dietetic Association. Since the exact ingredients of Chiquito restaurant's dishes are not shared, this makes it nearly impossible to analyze the nutrition facts.
Healthy Options at Chiquito Restaurants
Many healthy options do exist when dining at Mexican restaurants like Chiquito. When possible, ask for whole wheat or spinach tortillas for their beneficial complex carbs and higher fiber and nutrient content. In addition, low-fat or fat-free sour cream and cheese are better options than are regular sour cream and cheese because they are lower in fat and cholesterol. Asking for minimal salt usage can also be beneficial for those suffering from high blood pressure. Also, opting for grilled or broiled meats are lower in fat than the fried variety, according to the University of Wisconsin's Tips for Healthy Eating Out.

Hahaha every birthday I have I always eat tons of ****. Fried chicken, german chocolate cake, ice cream, candy bars, cheetos, cheese dip, sodas, fries, vodka, etc. About 6-7000 calories worth. I'm still losing weight, inches. It's one day, and it's not going to hinder your long term weight loss.0

Decided I'm going to go for a burrito which will be around 550 calories and then go all out with the cheesecake which will be fat hell but who cares?!
Going to eat well and work out for a few days before and after my birthday so I know I deserve it!0 -
This year has been the year of 21st birthdays for most of my friends. So, I've been forced out to many restaurants and bars to celebrate (hehe..which i don't COMPLETELY mind) :P
Honestly, I've eaten my FACE off at TGIFriday's (an 'everything' family sort of chain- dunno if you have em by you) and drank all of their sugar bomb drinks with all the rum and fat and caramel and everything you can imagine.
Never gained a pound from it. If it's only that one day, and you bust your *kitten* around the clock the rest of the time- let loose and have fun! Your muscles will probably love the extra fuel too!
And HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!0
