Columbus, GA MFP'ers!

Hi all,

I'm in Columbus for a couple of weeks with work and seem to have free access to a max fitness gym, just wondered if there is anyone who wants a training buddy? I can do some cardio or weights or both !

Also any tips on if there are martial arts classes, kickboxing/taekwondo etc and you know of them please let me know!

Failing that if you are newbie(ish) runner and can do 6mph (I know I'm slow!) and fancy a run give me a shout.

    I live in Marion County Ga (middle of nowhere GA) and work in Columbus so you are not totally alone on here. I know there is at least one other because she is the girl I met in WalMart that told me about Myfitnesspal!! I am just getting back to my weight loss journey.

    I am doing T-Tapp right now. Just started and I love it! It has actually helped my neck injury. (two large bone spurs that are pressing on my spinal cord and pinching a nerve) it actually helps realign the spine. So between that and my chiropractor adjusting me a couple of days a week I am praying to avoid surgery.
