It's amazing how much can change when you change your eating habits and add a little exercise. I haven't felt this good in such a long time. I can't really see the difference but I can feel it....and it feels awesome!!! :) This is just the start of it but I will keep pushing til I get where I want to be. After all this time of excuses, I finally made it happen!! No more excuses!! :)

I didn't completely cut out the foods I love to eat. I just learned to eat them in moderation and added more fruits and vegetables. It also helps to measure servings
