I think this is my third time on MFP. I'm back today because today I need to do something proactive about my health and my life. Since I divorced my husband almost three years ago I have gained almost 30 pounds. A lot has happened in my life since then but food has been my comfort and laziness my worst habit. I don't want to cut my life short. I want to be happy and proud of who I am. today I am 5'1" and 161 pounds and I say no more.
