I have been doing Jillian MIchaels 30 day shred for 13 days now TWICE a day and i havent lost half an inch so far! Im on level 2 now and I have been trying really hard i am very sad to see that i havent lost any weight at all! Should I be worried or do I need to just be patient? I am 21 and 150 lbs!

You have been exercising twice a day and eating no more than 1200 calories? I would eat more before you do more damage than good.

In my experience of 30 DS, the end of level 2 is when you begin to see the differences in your body. Of course, we all have different bodies, so it can vary from person to person. You mention you only eat 1200 calories per day. I am no doctor here, but you may not be eating enough, especially if you are doing this workout two times per day. I would say, no you do not need to be worried, and yes you just need to be a little more patient! I would suggest you try to figure out your TDEE though, so you can determine how much you should be eating per day :)http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html

Eat more. Working out twice a day on 1200 calories or less is counter-productive. Think of your body like a car, you need to give it fuel in order for it to work efficiently. Eat back one workout's worth of calories and see what happens in a few weeks.

I saw changes at the end of level 2 as well, tummy shrinking to be accurate. Raise calories to 1500 per day at least and drink enough water.

My advice is to start being less careful and start eating more food.
