Overall, not a list I'm ashamed of! In fact, the only thing on my first page (of all meals favourites) that I'd class as 'slightly less than healthy' food (bar the hot choccy) is my Thornton's continentals fix most evenings. Outside of that the rest of it is eggs, chicken more veg and fruit. Not too shabby at all.0 -
