Need Pedometer Info

So I've just come into a second hand pedometer, but no instruction manual to go with it. It was left at my workplace 6 weeks ago, and since it has never been claimed, I was allowed to keep it. The time is already set accurately, and I figured out how to input my weight. Now what? I just clip it on my clothes? And it does what?

Its a "Walking Style" by Omron, if anyone uses a pedometer of the same brand or type, I could use some help figuring it out.

    I have that exact one, and it costs 30-40 dollars depending where you get it, so a nice freebie! :wink:
