Time to get serious

Hi all ... The name and slogan is just a way to keep me smiling. I started tracking with my fitness pal yesterday to try to lose alot of weight for my health. I'm 40 to 50 lbs. overweight with type 2 diabeties and high blood pressure at age 57. I want to make this a lifestyle change and not just a "diet".

  • I've found that it HAS to be a lifestyle change and not a diet. This site is a great place to start and it has a plethora of information. Add friends for support and accurately track your food and exercise. It really helps you stay aware of what you put into your body and your physical activity.
