Single Mom looking for friends

Hi guys! My name is Kim and I am new to this and really could use some friends and accountability partners in all of this. I'm a single parent from PA that was recently told I need to lose weight to help with some possible future health conditions that will happen if I don't lose the weight so here I am. I'm open to new people and new friends :D

I am just starting out. I've wanted to start for a while and now i have doctors orders as to what I need to be doing and I'm going to stick to my plan! I'm tired of feeling like my weight is holding me back and I'm finally going to change it!

Thank You. I can't wait to start this new chapter in my life. May take some time to get use to (Rome wasn't built in a day) but I will conquer this!

yep, pretty exciting. stick with it
  • i have done this before and it worked i started at 185.9 and went down to 165.2 thats 20 pounds in 1 month pounds in a month but then i was side tracked by all this JUNK FOOD, it definately has to be something you are going to stick with but we can indulge at times. right now i am at 185 again and starting all over. my best advise to you is to try to eat things that still tastes good to you but are more healthy and to measure your food and start to eat less portion sizes!!! your brain will start to get use to the portion control and eat slower.. i will add you as a friend and you can see what i ate before to get down 20pds
