Heart flutters & Exercise

First, all my doctors are aware of my efforts here on MFP and my workouts.

So, my question is, those of you that have heart flutters/palpitations during exercise, do you keep working through it? Do you pause your workout? Do you stop altogether?
If you pause, do you keep your HRM (if you have one) going?

I'm used to my heart fluttering. Tonight, though, I had to take a break in my workout so my heart would stop skipping. I didn't stop my HRM because I was more concerned with getting back to "normal." I returned to working out after about a minute.

Just curious what you'd all do.
Thank you!!

I find walking in the pool at my normal walking pace, keeps me from having any problems

i would recommend not over exerting yourself too much. but you did the right thing by taking a break to allow you heart to return to normal. if its a problem discuss it with or dr or ask to get refered to someone who specializes in the cardiovascular system.

I usually don't notice them until right after when I'm cooling down. I keep the HRM going if I feel it while working out and have to pause for a moment.
