My first 25!

On May 1, 2013 I was 318 lbs., and a little over a week later found out I had PCOS, which makes it difficult to lose weight, so I decided to kick my workouts up a notch, refusing to let a syndrome stop me from being healthy.
Exactly two months later, today I weigh 293 lbs! 25 lbs in two months!

I'm doing things I never though a size 24 girl could do;
going on hikes
going on almost 9 mile walks
doing a over 3 mile walk/jogging interval workout
Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred
kickboxing
and so much more!

while it's still a challenge, i feel myself getting stronger everyday. one big goal of mine is to get my waist under 35 inches, so i won't be a risk for diabetes or any cardio vascular diseases :)

as an award for myself, i want to color my hair and buy a cute sun dress

ready to shed the next 25!

    Oo-oo! I am jealous! I, too need to lose 140 and am bouncing around between 20 and 22. I'm right in your corner! It's hard work but it's great. I notice I can carry in more bags of groceries at a time and the stairs in my house seem to have shortened.:tongue:

    Someone on another feed would call us "PCOS CYSTERS"
    I'm so encouraged by your will power. I've kinda plateaued after a year, and I'm just looking for that kick back into gear.
    KEEP GOING and EXPLORING new and FUN exercises!!!
