Exercise Calories

Hi there, Does anyone know if its possible to stop earned exercise calories being added to my daily total calories. I didn't plan on eating my exercise calories unless I absolutely have to and don't really want them to be a part of my daily allowance. Any help would be really great.

Maybe log the calories burnt in your NOTES and not under "exercise"?0

why are you choosing to do it this way? are you already accounting for your exercise calories somewhere else (TDEE method) or are you just trying to go the starvation route (even though it sucks and rarely works)?0

^This. TDEE calculates exercise cals in. MFP's formula (which you can view in the Goals page) is designed so that you are supposed to eat your exercise cals back. Creating too big a deficit can be harmful and counterproductive.0
