I want to loose 2.0 pounds a week, and the planner has me on track to loose only 1.1 pounds a week - what do I do to loose 2.0 pounds a week?

    Hi go to your settings and update your diet profile and you could change it to 2pds a week there.

    What calorie allowance did it give you. I tried for a higher loss per week, but it won't set below 1200 so it said 1lb a week.

    That's because it is not recommended that you have below 1200 calories a day, as it is not very healthy and it is counterproductive to weight loss. If you eat less than 1200 you are literally starving your body and what you do eat your body will hold on to. To lose weight faster just do more exercise :)

    2lbs a week is obviously too fast for you - that's normally only sensible for those with a lot of weight to lose.

    Typical reasonable loss rates:
    If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.
    If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal, 
    If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal, 
    If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
