Hi my name is Sam and ive just finished my first week and lost 1.5lb !!!!!!. Just wanted to know how many people live in the UK?

    Edinburgh me - well done your fist week went well ... err where about in the UK are you ? I was wondering if there were any other Edinburgers with whom to discuss local shops, markets, suppliers etc ..
