Looking for Banana Muffin Recipes!

I have been seeing a LOT of different banana bread/muffin recipes but the ones that look to use what I want, no one comments on how much like the real fatty thing they taste.

Here is what I have:
whole wheat flour
rolled oats
real sugar (but looking for low sugar or no sugar added)
natural applesauce
plain greek yogurt
4 very ripe bananas
nutmeg/pumpkin spice/cinnamon
eggs/egg whites
table salt/baking soda/baking powder
PB2/peanut butter/blueberries (as potential extras I've seen used)

I'd like to use all my bananas so something that can be doubled or tripled to get them all in would be FABULOUS. Also, my bananas are somewhat larger (about 110 grams each) so if your recipe says 1 cup, could you provide an approximation of how many bananas that is? Also, nutrition info is always appreciated ;)

I really look forward to seeing your recipes!

Here's mine - it's very similar to yours with just a few twists. I just made a batch and got 22 muffins with ~180 calories

    2 bananas
    1 can chick peas
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    2.5 cups flour
    1.5 cups quick oats
    3 scoops chocolate whey protein
1 6oz tub strawberry greek yogurt
    1 cup chocolate chips
    2 tbls yeast
    2 tbls baking soda

I like to add nutmeg but I didn't have any. I would have added more choc. chips but my daughter wanted me to save her some. I add chick peas a lot when I bake to cut down on the amount of flour. They also add some moisture to the final product.

Ohh that looks interesting. I'd have to tweak it as I can't find chick peas here and I just sold my protein powder so not buying more but I might try these, thanks :)

I was mostly just listing my currently in my kitchen available ingredients. I'd be willing to buy something if I know I'm going to use it but as I live in Japan, I'm limited to what I can find sometimes.

OK, this isn't a muffin: It's a pancake. Mash one banana (the riper, the better). Whisk in one egg. Add a tablespoon or so of dry oatmeal. Spray frypan with Pam, heat it up but not too hot. Spoon four pancakes into pan and cook. Be patient, they will take a bit longer than the average pancake. Serves one. About 180 cals. You can sprinkle with cinnamon or add it to batter. I pour a teaspoon or two of sugar free maple syrup on mine. Very fast to make and delicious/satisfying.

I actually made up my own recipe very similar to that one except with a banana, rolled oats, egg whites, and blueberries. If they took more than one banana, I'd just do that, but I have to get rid of my bananas asap. They're pretty ripe. Thanks though :)

The following is my version of a recipe I found here recently (it was for banana bread without flour or added sugar):

    1 large ripe banana
2-3 tablespoons peanut butter (nuts/salt, nothing else added)
    1 whole egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or allspice, or cinnamon)
    4 walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mash banana. Add rest of ingredients, in order listed. Mix well.
Pour into greased or silicon muffin tins (I get 3 muffins from this amount of ingredients). Bake about 30 minutes. Test with a toothpick (should not have wet batter on the pick) or jiggle (should be firm, not jiggly).
My version is 516 calories, 42 carbs, 36 g fat, 17 g protein, 6 g fiber, for all three muffins.

Cut bananas into chunks freeze in a Baggie and use to make protein smoothie

Saw you got rid of protein powder. Frozen banana, yogurt, egg white, other fruit into smoothie

I got this recipe from Cook Yourself Thin... I didn't use walnuts

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. 200 calories per serving

    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    ½ cup rolled oats
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    ½ teaspoon salt
    1 ripe banana, mashed
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    ½ cup light brown sugar
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 large organic eggs
    1 1/4 cups reduced-fat buttermilk
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons chocolate chips

    1. PREHEAT the oven to 400 degrees. Line a 12-muffin tray with paper liners.

    2. IN A STANDING MIXER, combine the all-purpose flour, wheat flour, rolled oats, ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and mashed banana and blend on low speed for 2 minutes. Add the walnuts, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and reduced-fat buttermilk and blend for 2 minutes on medium speed. Add the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

    3. USING an ice cream scoop, portion the batter evenly into the muffin tin and top each muffin with 3 to 4 chocolate chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Once they are baked through, remove them from the oven and let cool. Serve.”
