How do I calculate lean muscle mass? This is so I can set my protein consumption correctly on here. Thanks.

find your body fat %. then subtract it to your weight.
Example:
100 lb
10% body fat = 10 lb fat
lean muscle = 90 lb0 -

For the purposes of the OP's question, LBM calculations are pretty standard. The question was phrased a little wrong...you know what he meant.0
