    My neighbor's mother honking the horn (this has been going on for 15 minutes) because she doesn't want to get out of the car and knock on the door to pick up her grandkids. This happens at least 2 times a week. And she doesn't pull into the driveway. She just sits in the middle of the road. Happy thoughts, happy thoughts, happy thoughts.:grumble:

    I'm new to running. I mean, I've done the treadmill thing from time to time over the years. But now at 47 I've decided to embrace the great outdoors. After about a month I'm up to 3-3.5 miles a day. I pace around a 10 minute mile and I'm not looking to set any speed records. I like this pace and would love to work my stamina up to 5 miles or so. I'm a huge music buff, and need some hard rock motivation to keep me going while I run. I also need variety. I created the following playlist on Spotify, and thought I'd share. It includes great rock and roll from the 70's to today. BTW...I put it on shuffle so every day the order is a surprise...Enjoy!
