exercise is lifting my mood

Hi all, anybody find that their mood is dictated by how you control your calories..If i stay at my calorie level i feel good if i go over i get disillusioned about LIFE???
But then i started 30ds and am having a total mind shift..Im not obsessing about food, not as hungry more energy..solution exercise??:noway:

Exercise releases endorphins which are feel good brain chemicals. Keep moving!0

Exercise does wonders for the body. Not only are endorphines released but your brain and organs get oxygenated. Exercise can also be analgesic. That much said, you do need to be careful to eat enough as you do need to eat to lose weight and you don't want to lose weight too fast as other problems develop.0

Hi im on day 8 0f the 30 day shred, feelin stronger and have more energy..walking 30k a week.. doing the camino in 2 weeks..will keep movin thanks0

exercise is improves my mood:) When I get crabby my husband gives me time to get on the treadmill. with one run I'm happy again.0

On day 3 of level 2..Feelin good. Im noticing my legs are getting stronger, but wow the 30 day shred is a good workout:bigsmile:0

Yes, it boosts our mood and can be addictive. We are more or less grumpy because we are starving, duh, and exercise makes our life easier.0

I have returned from completing 120k in 5 days on the camino in 36* heat. 7hrs walking for 5 days.Body in shock..but only the ankles gave me bother. so proud as i was a couch potato this time last year:drinker:0

wELL IVE STARTED RUNNING I HAVE RAN A 5K..LAST THURSDAY AND HAVE HAD 3 RUNS SINCE ...3K TO 4K,,I PLAN TO RUN ANOTHER 5K ON SAT 3RD AUG...NO WEIGHT LOSS BUT IM FEELIN GOOD..IM WATCHING WHAT I EAT ON MFP AND AM USUALLY UNDER MY CALORIES..BUT I DONT SEE ANY MOVEMENT SINCE I STARTED IN EARLY JUNE WITH WALKING AND THEN 30DS AND WALKING ON THE CAMINO AND NOW 5K'S..HOPE I SEE A LOSS SOON.0
