need a veggie snack of 200 cal - no fat
I had a really queasy morning so am basically having to fit 1200+ calories and a work out (plus those cals) into 12pm-9pm. I've decided on a nice fatty lunch and dinner so will have at least a 200cal exercise deficit with no fat allowance.
Any ideas?

Greek yogurt mixed with a small amount of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (powder) as a dip with raw veggies.0

I know you said no fat, but this is the lowest i could find ....1 hard-boiled egg mashed with 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise plus a pinch of celery salt and 1 slice whole-wheat bread
(163 calories, 2g fiber, 10g protein, 8g fat)
I hope this helps0 -
my staple veggie is bell pepper. The red, the green and the yellow and the orange. They all have their own flavor and sweetness level and they are filling. 35 cal per pepper. So you can eat a quarter of different colored ones mixed and have a yogurt or a low calorie pudding. Pudding isn't healthy but if you can incorporate it into your cal intake, it'll help you feel less deprived. The one's I get are 60 calories and I allow them only on days I work or exercise, so I burn it off.0
