You tried to add me as a friend and my computer malfunctioned causing me to lose your request. If you add me again (barring more malfunction!) I promise I'll add you this time! I tried, even, to get back to your invitation, but it wouldn't let me! *SAD FACE*

    Why don't you just add them as a friend and include a message in the request

    Just a guess, but it's probably because she can't remember the whole name. Hence the "MG something..."
