I don't have much to lose, but I'd like to have a few friends to do it with! Who wants to join me in losing 10 by July 1? It's prime time to be outside and be active. We've got 31 days, so join me fast!

This goal goes really well with my 30 day shred plan (Today was day 6) and the beginners July challenge to walk 50 miles If I complete the first two surely this will go hand in hand... I hope. 0 -
