When my daughter turned 15 months old, my husband and I decided to try for baby #2. That was 3.5 years ago and up until now we had been unable to conceive. This past January we decided to get healthy and lose some weight. So far I have lost 41 lbs and he has lost 53 lbs. We are much healthier and able to do so much more with our beautiful daughter.

BUT the best part and my biggest NSV ever is that because of the weight loss my fat cells lowered, estrogen cells became less 'confused' and my body started working properly! We found out last week that we are having a baby!!! Due in February.

This is definitely one advantage to weight loss that I had not considered before. :)

    Thats awesome! Congrats! Becoming pregnant is one of my main goals for losing weight. My body apparently is NOT working properly with all the extra weight!!! Ive lost 20 pounds since feb and i got another 15 before my doctor agrees to let us try for our FIRST baby!
