New to boards

Hello all!! I have been doing Atkins (fairly faithfully) on and off for 2 years now. Down 62 lbs, have 29 left to go and man are they stubborn! Starting a run/walk program 2 weeks ago, which is my only form of exercise. Look forward to seeing what all these boards have to offer :glasses:
