Eat just to net 1200? Exercise

Hi
So I've increased my calories as I've increased my exercise this week
. I use a body media fit. My net I aim for is 1300 but The last two days even tho I've been eating 1500-1600 I'm netting 900.
Would you eat choc to bump up the cals or something to net higher. Obv I will try plan better x will save some for weekend etc. or would you not worry bout netting low.

yes eat more...it's not hard lol. Use healthy fats/oils in your cooking. Eat full fat products (it's not bad for you, quite the opposite actually). Hell, I eat like 900 calories in one sitting, you can do it for the whole day0
