I have been eating 1200 calories (not including exercise) and it is clearly not enough as I have been hungry. I had some air-popped popcorn as a snack and it really helped. I found this helpful website for toppings to add to popcorn:

I love popcorn as a snack, really satisfying. My go-to topping is a spritz of spray butter, parmesan cheese, and onion powder mmm. There are so many good ideas in the link you posted, thank you! I want to try the Mexican chocolate one, and the chocolate chips one...omg yum.

Popcorn popped with Coconut Oil and a touch of Fleur de Sel. It's pretty expensive salt, but you'll understand why after you try it and it will last a long time. It's not to replace you're everyday salt.

-Spray with "Butter" cooking spray then sprinkle on some nutritional yeast (very umami/nutty tasting)
-the above + curry powder and tumeric
-Kernel seasonings makes: white cheddar, butter, ranch, and maybe one other popcorn topping powder

I love mine with a little salt and chocolate chips! I also like the Kernel's Seasoning butter spray and flavoring, but my favourite is just plain old real butter and salt :/
