looking for some friends to help with motivation!

I've hit a bit of a plateau in my weight loss and feel I could use some help keeping my motivation up and staying accountable, and I would really love some new friends to help with that! I'm 20, looking to lose 10-15 more pounds. I'm pretty new to this whole calorie counting thing as I've been a cardio athlete (runner & swimmer) my whole life and was able to eat pretty much whatever I wanted when I was doing hours of exercise a day. Now being a full-time student and working over the summer, I'm looking to develop the tools and habits that it takes to maintain a healthy lifestyle and weight without hours of exercise each day. Please add me as a friend if you are close in age or goals to me. I'm especially looking to get into strength training and would love friends who could advise and encourage me through that!

    im 18.5 years of age! i strength train all the time! i am interested in bodybuilding/bodysculpting! i am a certified fitness instructor and about to start work as a health coach! i love to motivate and encourage friends!
